Can I print AI-generated art?
Yes, where you have the right to reproduce it. Check the permissions and terms that apply to your image.
What files can I upload?
JPG, PNG and standard TIFF files up to 25MB and 80 million pixels. TIFF originals are retained, but a JPG or PNG is required for the complete on-screen crop preview in this version.
What if my image is small?
The image check estimates resolution after cropping at each print size. We recommend smaller sizes when the source has limited detail. Image preparation cannot guarantee detail absent from the original.
Will print colours match my screen?
Screens emit light and prints reflect it. Brightness, the paper surface and colour management all influence the result. Exact screen-to-print matching is not guaranteed.
Is enhancement included?
Our team prepares images manually where needed. Preparation cannot guarantee detail missing from the original.
Are frames included?
No. Interior examples illustrate display ideas. Framing and stretched canvas are outside the current range.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch within 3–5 business days of ordering. Delivery takes additional time. Mainland UK delivery costs £3.54 including VAT for A4 and Small Square, or £7.14 for orders containing larger prints.
How long do you keep uploaded files?
Artwork is retained for three months after fulfilment. Please avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Can I return a personalised print?
Personalised prints cannot be returned for a change of mind. Your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrect prints remain. Contact info@artfart.co.uk; see the customer terms for details.
Can I reorder?
Permanent artwork libraries and customer accounts are outside this first version. The final reordering process will be confirmed before launch.
